I think you can read other's code after contest.If you are still not able to understand how to solve the problem,you can send message to those who have solved it for help,most of them will be glad to help you .

So many users know English and I guess you also know English that is good enough for a editorial. From your last comment it seems that your writing is good. It helps those who are weak in Chinese or don't know Chinese at all.
